Only for such short period of time lately Sacramento Police and Highway Patrol gave me already 3 tickets/fines.

On December 18, 2008 - I am ordered to arrive to the Court of Sacramento, room # 100, threatening me with 6 months in jail and 1.000 $ fine for non-payment of the ticket # 26045 HH given to me by California Highway Patrol, as authorities perfectly know that unemployed person without source of income cannot pay so many fines.

Today after my tooth was removed, i came by postal office located right in front of one of Sacramento County Police Stations, after i left the post office, the police car exited police building and started following me a few minutes after what i was stopped.

Police officer few times with a quick movement put his hand on the gun and raised his hand quickly, thus frightened me few times with so doing, after he said that he will be back and came back with ticket # 111716 which he said was that my car's back light lamp doesn't work.

A while ago, besides attack against me with gun and knife, there was another attack where person entered my vehicle and started to break parts of my vehicle as well hitting me.

After this attack few lamps of my car stopped working as well other parts were broken.

Thus different people attack me, break parts of my vehicle, and then law enforcement agencies use the reason of broken parts of my vehicle to give me tickets/fines, perfectly knowing that wiithout a job not only i cannot pay for these tickets but also don't know how to survive in such conditions, as well i don't have money to visit doctors after every attack in Sacramento, California and treat injuries as a result.

Today again police officer while giving me a ticket ordered me in written form to come to the court on January 9, 2009, where on fine given to me it is also mentioned about 6 months in jail and 1.000 dollars fine.

I hardly was able to pay one ticket but i have no funds to pay these to new tickets and now i am threatened with 6 months of jail and two 1.000 dollars fines, as well have to appear in court 2 times within next month.

As i wrote to you before, Sacramento Police escorted me from college computer lab, when i was printing document about advocate who was defending homeless people in court against tickets/fines of police officers given to them because they slept on streets of Sacramento.

That day i also was typing complaint in college computer lab when police officer approached me and told that my activities on computer are monitored and if i want to type complaints or charge my cell phone i have to do it in different place.

However all other students always used college computer labs typing different things and charging their cell phones, and never i saw any police officer came up to anybody and told them not to type something or not charge their cell phones. When i asked the officer why he doesn't address others the same request as they use college computer lab for their personal use and charge their cell phones, he answered me: "we are talking about you" and asked not to come back that day. This is how my study in Sacramento County college was over later.

Another day one person plainted drugs into my vehicle and for the first time of living in Sacramento County i was pulled over by Sheriff, who handcuffed me and put me in the back of his vehicle and started to search my vehicle and told me that he found drugs there.

I told Sheriff that i don't do drugs and they were plainted into my car.

During different time, i again was stopped by Sheriff who in the presence of other to Sheriffs told me "fuck you", after I asked him why do I have to follow his order and to appear in the area that he allegedly responsible for.

Law enforcement agencies until nowadays didn't find those who attacked me at gun point, broke my nose and caused me other injuries.

Other people who attacked me and broke my vehicle aso just get away with it.

Unknown people in civil clothes continue regularly threaten/frighten me on the streets of Sacramento and i wonder why US authorities instead of helping refugee making me go through all these horrors, injuries, persecutions and now threaten me with 6 months jail.
